Engr. Daniel Usifoh, the originator of the mantra ‘I TALK! I DO’ and the DG, Voice Of Reality recently took the bull by the horns in kick starting the campaigns for the re-election of Gov. Nyesom E. Wike of Rivers State in a selfless manner.
Usifoh shut down most Keke spots and major parks(mile 1 and 3) located within the Port Harcourt with flyers and stickers Tagged: I TALK!…… I DO!!…. LET’S DO IT AGAIN, which was selflessly distributed to ensure awareness is maintained on the need to reelect a performer and a Promise Keeper.
While responding to newsmen when asked why he decided to do this, he said this was his own little way in thanking #MrProjects for delivering Democracy Dividends to the People of the State despite the huge challenges.
He reiterated that he was particularly impressed with the style of the Governor, who is bringing solutions, and not heaps of excuses to the table.
“In 2015, the Governor promised to transform the state despite the obstacles deliberately placed on his path. He went about it diligently and today, those projects are the things doing the campaigns as they are easily identifiable and verifiable by all.
“Is it the pleasure park, or the plethora of Roads, or the attraction of investors setting up shop in Rivers State, the latest being the LNG Greenville gas project in Rumuji”, he quipped.
One of the Keke drivers described the action as commendable and expressed surprise given the expectations of many to always be on receiving end instead of looking for ways to contribute their quota. He thanked Engr. Usifoh for the gesture and enjoined others to join the fray.
