Charles Okah, the suspected mastermind of Abuja 2010 Independent day bombings, will on Wednesday commence defence of his trial at an Abuja Federal High Court.
Okah will be docked before the Justice Gabriel Kolawole-led court after seven years of the trial, DailyPost reports.
Okah has being in custody, after he was fingered as a mastermind in the Independence Day bombing of 2010.
Following his arrest, the Nigerian Government had slammed him with charges bordering on terrorism and treason.
However, Justice Kolawole had on June 1, 2017, struck out one of the charges the Federal Government levelled against him.
